Automatically fill out day to day forms from your client database by simply selecting a client and generating the selected form. Form can be supplied on any page of the website. Data is then merged from the client file into the appropriate fields in a PDF format which remains editable for additional information. The integrated Documents tab allows you to easily map the fields in any PDF format to be populated from your client Database.

Select a few options, the type of contract, and RMSimple does the rest. The system can even email the PDF contract directly to the client, and datestamp the client for the process.
